REAL ESTATE & TITLE SERVICES

OVERVIEW
To better serve the needs of the residential real estate economy and the banking community, Cooper Cargill Chant formed Presidential Title Services to facilitate the delivery of thorough, efficient, and cost effective title and closing escrow services.

Real estate law is the figurative bedrock of the Mount Washington Valley region. The regional economy is largely based on outdoor recreation, resort communities, and natural resource development, all of which are dependent on underlying principles of real estate law. The attorneys at Cooper Cargill Chant have experience representing clients in a variety of complex matters, both residential and commercial; our attorneys represent individual sellers and buyers, lenders, developers, conservation organizations, homeowner associations, and corporations with the development, improvement, and resale of real property.

To better serve the needs of the residential real estate economy and the banking community, Cooper Cargill Chant formed Presidential Title Services to facilitate the delivery of thorough, efficient, and cost effective title and closing escrow services. Both Cooper Cargill Chant and Presidential Title Services are approved counsel to local, regional, and national mortgage lenders. This close integration of the real estate practice group and Presidential Title Services creates a closing experience with a depth of professionalism, experience, and courtesy that is unmatched within the region.
