Andy also represents individual and corporate clients with corporate formation and the purchase and sale of business interests.
Andy also serves on the Board of the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition and the Mount Washington Valley Ski Team.

Prior to joining Cooper Cargill and Chant, Andy was an attorney at Mintz Levin in Boston, Massachusetts where he was recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” from 2013-2016 and a Super Lawyer for 2017. Andy also served as treasurer to Boston City Councilor John M. Tobin, Jr. and volunteered his time advising and fundraising for city-wide political campaigns.

EXPERIENCE
Represented national television network in its acquisition of property in Needham, Massachusetts for the development of its regional television studio.
Served as outside counsel to a national retail pharmacy in all aspects of its real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing program in over 40 states including several sale/leaseback portfolio transactions having an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
Served as outside leasing counsel to a multi-billion dollar REIT with office, industrial and warehouse complexes located in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
Represented regional insurance company in its sale and leaseback of an office building in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Represented property owner in its acquisition and subsequent sale of two high-profile commercial buildings in South Boston, Massachusetts including the assumption of existing financing.
Represented family-owned company in its acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing of apartment complexes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Florida.
Served as pro bono counsel for domestic violence shelters in Boston and Somerville in connection with general real estate issues including leasing, easement issues and disposition of property.
