Cynthia P. Karabelas Joins Legal Team at Cooper Cargill Chant

North Conway, NH - November 3, 2008 – The law firm of Cooper Cargill Chant announces that Cynthia P. Karabelas has joined its staff as an Associate. Karabelas will focus her practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Employment Law and Personal Injury.

Karabelas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire, and studied law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a Juris Doctor in 1986. She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has practiced there since 1986. She served as lead counsel in over 25 Superior Court trials, and has been recognized for outstanding performance as a volunteer in the district court conciliation and pre-trial program.

Karabelas has been an active volunteer in various school, youth sport and church activities. She enjoys downhill skiing and mountain climbing, and serves on the Board of the Mount Washington Valley Ski Team. She lives in Jackson with her husband and two daughters.
